Why do I need it?
When our bodies are not functioning at their optimum -
for example as a result of illness, rehabilitation, a
demanding job or a stressful personal life - we
experience emotional and physical reactions.
Whilst some stress is beneficial, prolonged stress
causes muscles to tense for a long period of time and
leads to a physical build up of toxins. Muscles are
then unable to relax and to create much needed energy.
